   When you order a rug, you will receive the exact rug from the photo. There is only one of each. So there is a chance someone placed their order right before you and the magic of the time and the internet did not turn out in your favor. It happens. We'll refund you.

- Shipping -

   What Because only ships in the United States of America. Please choose your UPS shipping rate based on your region. If you are outside the United States of America, please contact us to make special purchasing/shipping arrangements.

- Returns -

  If you wish to return a rug for refund, please notify us as soon as possible. Clean and undamaged rugs may be returned within two weeks of delivery. We do not accept rugs returned after the two week deadline. Care must be taken until you are sure you will be keeping your new rug as we cannot accept damaged or dirty rugs for return. We do not refund shipping charges, and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the return to us.
